Pinot Noir & Xarel·lo vermell
Organic and biodynamic viticulture.
Méthode traditionnelle. The harvest is done in two stages: Xarel·lo is harvested at the beginning of September and Pinot Noir is harvested by the end of September.
Look: Onion skin colour with golden highlights. The long ageing and the manual stirring cause rows of fine and persistent bubbles that when they reach the surface explode forming a light layer of foam.
Smell: Fragrant, with a delicate aroma of violet. The fruit appears in the form of cherry and apple. Smoked and roasted tones round this unique aromatic glass. The complexity of aromas suggest an exciting future for this sparkling wine.
Taste: Elegance in the mouth is guaranteed. A very dry real brut, for lovers of sparkling wines with character.
