Méthode Traditionnelle. Disgorged after a minimum of 15 months of ageing in the cellar. Vineyards from the Can Mayol State, at 250m above sea level.
Look: Bright yellow with some golden reflections. Very fine bubble, forming a string of bubbles and a crown.
Smell: It stands out its freshness. It’s fruity with reminiscences of water pear, apple and citrus fruits. Pleasant toasted bread and dried floral notes.
Taste: Fresh and light, with a good acidity. Salinity, memories of the sea, well integrated and with a good aromatic expression.
4º to 6ºC
For its friendly and casual character, it pairs very well both with appetisers and a whole meal. It specially goes with rice, white fish, and oysters and, in general, any dish of the Mediterranean cuisine.
