Kind of grapes:
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Harvest:
In two phases: the Chardonnay was harvested in the first week of September and the Pinot Noir during the last week of that same month.

Alcoholic volume:
12.5%

Serving temperature:
From 4º to 6ºC. We recommend a tall glass.

Sight:
Amber colour with golden reflections. Its long crianza and the manual stirring give us some lines of fine and persistent bubbles, which burst when they get to the surface, forming a thin foam layer.

Nose:
Fragrant, with a delicate violet aroma. The fruit appears, cherry and apple. Some smoke and toast notes round this singular aromatic union. The complexity of aromas suggests an encouraging future.

Mouth:
Elegance in the mouth is guaranteed. A real Brut, very dry, for people who like aggressive cavas.

Enjoying time:
Ideal to accompany shellfish, oysters and fish. Taste this cava with roast meat and you will not be deceived.

Note
In all our Reservas the second fermentation is made with natural cork and "grapa" as it was done 150 years ago.
