Great acceptation of our Rose Cava 999
We are glad to inform our clients and friends , that due to the great acceptation that our cava rose 999 had national and internationally, it remains in our cellar only 4000 bottles.
The new vintage will be launched early January. This new vintage will have more Pinot Noir in their coupage. The colour has less intensity because of a shorter maceration, as we want to get more fruit flavour. It's more flowery and it has more red fruit aromas. In mouth is very elegant. We remind you that we have a limited edition of 25.000 bottles of this new coming vintage. The new plaque for our Vintage Cava
The official DO Cava, hopes to sell from this Christmas on, 8 million bottles with the new stamps (“marchamos”): RESERVA AND GRAN RESERVA.This is a way to let consumers know the cavas with more than 15 months aging and Also gives to the cellars a unique stamp for those than can offer this 2 Premium cavas. Ecology
In our labor to innovate, this year we have tried again a green prunning system that has given very effective results. This system consists in use a sheep herd.
The grapes don't have glucose and that's the reason why the sheeps and goats don't eat them and only eat the grapevine leaves that are around the grapes and it helps to their insolation. Using this system, we can not use insecticides in our vineyards. |
