Origin:
Vineyards located in Alt Penedès, at 500 metres above sea level. These vineyards are always treated with organic fertilizer and only every four years.
Process:
Maceration of the grapes in underground tanks for 12-14 hours. Afterwards, fermentation in inox. tanks at a temperature of 16ºC.
Sight:
Dark pink colour, clean aspect with tones of ripe fruit, it has got character.
Nose:
Red fruit aromas that remind us of cherries and brambleberry.
Mouth:
Powerful, dry with marked acidity that combines very well with the alcohol, a light astringency that reminds us these two noble varieties. For pronounced rosés lovers.
Enjoying time:
It is perfect to go with rice and meat, and any kind of Italian pasta with tomato sauces.
