Kind of grapes:
Pinot Noir

Alcoholic volume:
13% Vol.

Serving temperature:
16°C

Origin:
vineyards located in Alt penedes, at 500 metres above the sea level, they give us well structured wines, with high alcoholic content. These vineyards are always treated with organic fertilizer and only every four years.

Process:
Partial carbonic maceration of one third of the grapes. Classical maceration of the rest to achieve the pinot noir varietal notes. Crianza in barriques from 6 to 8 months.

Sight:
Cherry colour with light brwon tones due to the crianza.

Nose:
First, we appreciate toasting notes (coffee and cocoa). Then, the violet perfume appears with a peculiar cherry aroma. The new oak dominates with aristocracy, contributing the new aromas that remind us leather. Very elegant.

Mouth:
The tannin fruit combines very well with the acidity and the alcohol rounds the ensemble. The new french oak gives it elegance. The aftertaste is long, with fruit and spice notes.

Enjoying time:
Ideal to go with any kind of meat and cured cheese.

Note:
This wine will improve in the bottle in the first years of life.
