More than 109 months of aging in the cellar. It's served with the original bottle, staple cap and uncorked. Presence of the natural mothers of the yeasts. A long-aged brut nature of which only 1,000 bottles are made per harvest.
Tasting notes
Look: Pale, cloudy gold. Fine, delicate and persistent bubble.
Smell: Great aromatic complexity. Notes of ripe fruit, citrus, pastry (vanilla, cream and brioche) from the long aging in the bottle (autolysis).
Taste: Structured, crunchy and creamy. Extraordinarily fruity, with good freshness and acidity. Candied peach with an interesting carbonation.
