Our still wines and sparkling wines are elaborated with 100% ecologic grapes, and we are a pioneer winery in the application of biodynamic agriculture techniques in our vineyards, avoiding the use of pesticides and polluting chemical products and contributing to the sustainability of the planet.
We are pioneers in recovering the use of clay amphora to ferment our still and sparkling wines, the same way our ancestors did a thousand years ago. By using this noble container we obtain more authentic, fresh, creamy and mineral wines, conveying a better taste of the fruit and the soil that has seen them born.
Thanks to the notes and experience of our ancestors we have been able to adapt to the lunar cycles and to put into practice actions to be better viticulturist and winemakers. By recognizing the good job of those who preceded us, we work to elaborate the best products with the highest respect for the environment and the passed on wisdom. That is why in Loxarel we say that we evolve towards our origins.
