This wine is made with a blend of grapes from vineyards of different altitudes together with xarel·lo from the Can Mayol estate, in Vilobí del Penedès. Fermentation takes place with a maceration of the grape skins in contact with the must for, approximately, six hours to respect ht primary aromas and avoid oxidation. The wine is refined in 1,000 liter clay amphores.
Tasting notes
Look: Pale and bright colour with green hues.
Smell: Perfumed. Reminiscences of white flowers, almond blossom, vineyard peach, honeysuckle.
Taste: Fruity but sec, well-balanced and fresh, with a honeyed smooth touch. Delicate and elegant.
Serving temperature
6° a 8° C
Food pairing
Ideal for serving with appetizers, foie, oysters, prawns cocktail, fish and rice. This wine comes very well with the Mediterranean cuisine.
